The hotel is quite far from the city center, taking 30-45 minutes to get there in slow traffic!!! Water bottles were not replenished on the second day, and the lift system needs a serious upgrade.

Luxurious room, attentive staff, and well-maintained amenities made my stay exceptionally comfortable, especially enjoying the spacious accommodations featuring a huge washroom and relaxing outdoor swimming pool while conveniently being just a short taxi ride to explore local attractions.

One downside was that the gym equipment was outdated and not functioning properly, which was disappointing since we wanted to work out together.

It was just a fitting option for a brief pause in Gangtok with good value considering the price it charged. The game room was a nice surprise. the kids really enjoyed playing basketball. Make sure to bring your own umbrellas if it rains since the staff didn't offer any when we arrived.

A Unique Stay with Great Staff
Our family enjoyed the vibrant, themed property with excellent food. The restaurant staff went above and beyond, especially during meals with our young child. The atmosphere during the Holi celebration was fantastic. Just be prepared for a taxibus ride to the city center, costing around INR 250.
